Universal Monsters Limited Edition 4K Ultra HD Set No Longer Releasing This Halloween







Fans of classic horror movies were eagerly anticipating the release of the Universal Monsters Limited Edition 4K set for this year's Halloween season. However, according to Bloody Disgusting, the release date has been pushed back to February 13, 2024, due to an unexpected packaging issue. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment apologizes for any inconvenience caused and thanks fans for their patience.


This highly anticipated collection celebrates eight iconic monsters from Universal Pictures' illustrious history, including Dracula, Frankenstein, and The Mummy. The set will be exclusive to Amazon and feature book-style packaging with rare photos, bios, trivia, and original cover art by renowned artist Tristan Eaton. As a fan of classic horror movies, this collection is sure to be a must-have for anyone who appreciates the genre.





With eight classic films exploring the origins of the beloved Universal Monsters, each film has been digitally restored from high resolution film elements for the ultimate classic monster experience all in one exclusive collectible book.


The complete collection of eight Dracula films is now available in 4K with HDR10. In addition, the set includes George Melford's Spanish version of Dracula and a variety of bonus features from previous releases. This limited edition set is only available for pre-order and is limited to 5,500 copies. The price for this eight-disc set is $129.99.
