A New Nightmare Unveiled
"Secret of the Mimic" is described as “a brand new original nightmare in the Five Nights at Freddy’s universe.” While details are scarce, a chilling teaser trailer has been released, hinting at the game’s mysterious storyline. The teaser includes the intriguing phrase, “to see the future sometimes you need to understand the past,” and briefly flashes the year “1979” before revealing an anticipated release date in 2025.
The Mimic Returns
Fans of the series will recognize The Mimic as the main antagonist from the "Tales from the Pizzaplex" anthology series of mystery horror novels. The character also played a role in the RUIN DLC for 2021’s "Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach."
