Paramount+ original EVIL is a popular horror series that is returning for its fourth and final season. The show will premiere on May 23, 2024, and will be exclusively available on Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada. Four bonus episodes have already been announced, with the 14 never-before-seen episodes premiering weekly.
The series is also set to release in Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria one day after its premiere in the U.S. This will allow viewers from around the world to enjoy the show at the same time, which is a great advantage for fans.
The upcoming season will feature Kristen, David, and Ben as they explore cases involving technology, demonic possession, infestation, and an evil relic. Additionally, viewers will see Leland attempting to convince Kristen to raise a baby antichrist that was conceived with her ovum.
David will be recruited by the Vatican's secret service to use his paranormal ability to "remote view" and detect evil. Meanwhile, Ben will have to deal with visions of a taunting jinn caused by an ion beam, until he discovers an unusual solution to banish it.
The team is under pressure as they realize they only have a few weeks left to solve cases due to a lack of funding, which forces the parish to disband the team. This culminates in one last confrontation with Leland and the 60 families that make up Evil in the modern world.
The show stars a talented cast, including Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin, Christine Lahti, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco, and Dalya Knapp. "Evil" is produced by CBS Studios in association with King Size Productions, with Robert King, Michelle King, Liz Glotzer, Rockne S. O'Bannon, and Sam Hoffman serving as executive producers. The series is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
